If you've requested deletion of your Kuruvi data β€” either directly through the app or via Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings β€” you can check the status of your request here, or start a new request below.

Open Kuruvi β†’ Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account. Confirm with your password and the deletion is queued immediately.
If you can't sign in
My account was Facebook-only, or I lost access

Look up a Facebook deletion code

If you submitted deletion through Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings, you got back a confirmation code that starts with fbdel_. Paste it below to check the request status.

The code must start with fbdel_ and be at least 16 characters long.

What gets deleted

When we process a deletion request, we permanently remove:

Third-party AI provider data: OpenAI does not store our API requests after processing (per OpenAI's API data policy). Their data is not retained for training.

Why deletion may not be possible right away

A small number of situations block immediate deletion. In all of them we'll tell you what to fix and process the deletion as soon as it's resolved.

How long it takes

We initiate deletion within 24 hours of receiving a request and complete it within 30 days. Concretely:

Confirmation email: after your account is deleted, you'll receive a confirmation email at your account email address. Save this for your records.
