What we do
If you break these rules, we may remove the content or disable access to it, and suspend or end your access to Kuruvi straight away. We keep removed content and its records for 180 days in case it is needed for an investigation.
If what you share breaks the law, you may be liable to a penalty or punishment under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other law that applies. Where it is an offence that the law requires to be reported, such as under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 with the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, we report it to the appropriate authority.
